Exodus (16:35) -The Israelites ate manna for forty years until they came to a land that was settled; they ate manna until they reached the border of Canaan.
Author : Evangelist Daniel Sushanth
The author’s initial disbelief in a certain faith changed after he read the Holy Bible. The author is amazed by the account of God providing sustenance to the Israelites for 40 years after their release from Egypt. The author finds it remarkable that this sustenance was not just for a single day but continuously provided by the Creator, astonishing.
The events of God’s provision for the Israelites in the Bible are well-documented and verified. Read the Holy Bible to discover these accounts for yourself. The festival of Sukkot celebrates the Israelites’ time in the wilderness and their dependence on God for sustenance.
In Exodus 16, the Israelites complained about hunger. God promised to provide manna, which rained down from the sky each morning except on the Sabbath. They were instructed to gather enough for one day, except on the day before the Sabbath when they were to gather enough for two days. Excess manna would spoil and become infested with worms.
The story recounts how quail birds appeared in the Israelite camp during their journey through the wilderness, signifying God’s provision of food. It emphasizes God’s care for His people, their reliance on Him for survival, and His ability to provide for their needs miraculously in
challenging circumstances.

Let’s spread positivity, encouragement, and hope together.
