Pharaoh’s disbelief and disregard for divine authority set the stage for miraculous demonstrations by the one true God, exposing Egypt’s false gods and Pharaoh’s stubborn heart.
Pharaoh’s proclamation is an example of humanity’s resistance to recognise the authority of God. It emphasizes how spiritual blindness can lead individuals to deny the truth, despite clear evidence. Pharaoh’s stance serves as a warning, illustrating the consequences of rejecting God’s voice and will.
It serves as a reminder to reflect on our hearts and attitudes towards God’s call and authority. It prompts us to consider whether we’re open to hearing His voice and obediently following His commands or if we resist and question His authority, like Pharaoh. The story highlights God’s redemptive plan and His determination to deliver His people from bondage, despite human resistance.

The same God who revealed Himself to Moses in the past is also seeking to reveal Himself to people today. It serves as a reminder to recognize and obey the voice of the LORD in our lives. God hears the cries of those who are lost in unbelief.
Overcoming the Challenge:
The importance of being an Ambassador for Christ in a world with fewer messengers. It calls for individuals to step up and fill the gap left by past crusaders, stressing the opportunity for a significant harvest of souls. The responsibility to share the Gospel is presented as belonging to everyone, not just pastors.
We are called to be bearers of this life-changing news, boldly proclaiming that our God is a living God, full of love and compassion. The world needs to hear this message, and we are chosen to deliver it.
Steps to sharing the Gospel: Prayerful Preparation, Building Relationships, Sharing Personal Testimonies, Inviting Conversations, Presenting the Gospel, Offering Support.
Factors hindering our role: Fear of Rejection, Lack of Knowledge, Comfort Zone, Perceived Lack of Time, and Insecurity.
God equips those He calls. The power of the Holy Spirit guides our words and actions as we spread the Gospel. Let us take over this opportunity to shine God’s light to those who ask, “Who is the LORD?”
Inspiring – Bio – Sadhu Sundar Singh
Sadhu Sundar Singh (1889–1929) was an extraordinary Indian Christian missionary and mystic who left an indelible mark on the history of Christian spirituality. His life and ministry are characterized by deep devotion to Christ, a unique blend of Eastern and Western spirituality, and a fervent desire to share the Gospel with people from all walks of life.
Born into a devout Sikh family in the village of Rampur in the Punjab region of India, Sundar Singh’s fascination with matters of spirituality and religion began at a young age. At the pivotal age of 14, he experienced a powerful encounter with Jesus Christ in a vision, catalyzing his conversion to Christianity. This marked a turning point in his life as he wholeheartedly embraced Christ as his savior.
Following his conversion, Sundar Singh encountered opposition and resistance from his family and community. Seeking a life of simplicity and complete dedication to God, he adopted the austere life of a sadhu. Cloaked in a saffron robe, he embarked on foot journeys that took him across India and even beyond its borders, carrying the message of Christ.
In sharing the Gospel, Sundar Singh’s methodology was deeply rooted in relationships. He engaged in heartfelt dialogues with people of varying beliefs, attentively addressing their spiritual queries and apprehensions. His interactions were infused with humility, love, and compassion, leaving an enduring impact on those fortunate enough to encounter him. Often, he conveyed profound truths of Christianity through parables, narratives, and personal anecdotes.
However, Sundar Singh’s resolute commitment to proclaiming his faith was not without its trials. He confronted persecution, animosity, and rejection from religious leaders and even his own family. Undeterred by these challenges, he persisted in his mission, showcasing unwavering faith and readiness to endure suffering for the cause of Christ.
Sundar Singh’s influence extended far beyond the confines of India. Venturing into Europe, he shared his transformative message with Western audiences, capturing the attention of theologians, writers, and leaders. His prolific writings, encompassing books and articles on Christian spirituality, persistently inspire and provoke contemplation among believers to this day. In essence, Sadhu Sundar Singh’s life serves as a poignant amalgamation of devotion, cultural empathy, and abiding love for Christ.
His profound capacity to traverse diverse cultural and religious boundaries continues to embolden Christians, motivating them to engage in meaningful dialogues about faith and ardently share the Gospel in ways that profoundly resonate with people of all backgrounds.
